1.  What products do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of products such as t-shirts, posters, tote bags, phone cases and more.

All of our products are in high quality, designed by Simple Video Making team, and proudly printed or embroidered in the United States.

If you’re looking to request a type of product with our designs, please contact us.

2. Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

3.  What are the rates for shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping tiers based on the weight of your order. The majority of orders in the US will have a shipping cost of $4.95.

4. How long will it take for my package to arrive?

All of our products are printed to order, meaning we don’t keep an inventory of every SKU available. Typically it will take about 2 business days or less for orders to print before leaving our production facility. In total you should expect about 10 days to receive your order but if you need your package for a special occasion we suggest allowing at least two weeks in case there are any delays.

5. How do I track my package?

You will get an email once your order is shipped. If you don’t receive this in a reasonable time frame please contact us.

6. I made a mistake with my order, how do I change it?

Orders are sent to production after your payment for orders is received. There is approximately a 12 hour window which order can be edited prior to production and fulfilment.

7. I need to cancel my order

To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when your order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.

8. I need to return/exchange

Unfortunately we don’t offer return or exchange due to change of mind at the moment.

We are not held responsible if you provided incorrect shipment details or ordered the wrong size or colour. Please keep in mind that it is not possible to upgrade shipping when an order is already in print.

We want to make sure you are happy with our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please let us know and we will be happy to get you a replacement.

9. Can I become an ambassador?
